The New Xmas Balls
So we sat thinking its too early for xmas dinner. But we wanted to get the xmas feel into your homes. Now we needed the cranberry, the sage and onion, the sausage meat... these were all ideas from us.
So Tyler, our manufacturing manager, spent all day mixing mixing and let us try the delightful taste he had mixed...
The xmas balls were born!!!
These honestly guys are better than any festive pie around. We had last night and were absolutely delighted. Laura our admin cooked some and left to cool she has brought some in this morning and cut up for all us staff, it's like having the best pork pie in the world!!
The balls swell on cooking and become enough to feed 2 people ample, unless greedy like us lot - especially the sons!

How to cook
Oven bake gas 5 or 220c for approx 45 minutes.
