We deliver nationwide with DPD courier Tuesday - Friday

Your order will be sent on 24 hour courier delivery in thermal packaging with special ice packs which keeps the meat cool for a longer 48 hour delivery service too.

You will receive a tracking number from the courier at the start of the day providing a 1 hour time slot and it can be left in a safe place if you are not going to be in.

Eggs cannot be sent on courier - if you order for courier they will replaced with something to the same value.

Delays

In some cases there can be delays which are outside our control but the orders are sent in thermal packaging which can keep the meat cool incase of a 48 hour delivery service.

Issues with delivery

For any urgent issues with delivery or order it's always best to call us on the shop on  01274 599985 so that we can respond immediately.

Choosing your delivery date

Please make sure to choose a date that you know you will be in all day as we can't guarantee delivery times. Delaying the delivery of orders of fresh meat can cause issues which a late delivery claim can't be raised for.

Preferred Safe Place 

DPD are operating contactless deliveries and are also authorised to leave the parcel in a safe place if there's no answer or nobody in. Therefore we would highly recommend that you set your preferred safe place with DPD. This enables you to specify where you would like your parcel to be left - this will help to ensure that it's left in a place that you consider safe.

Damaged Parcels

If your order is delivered with any damage to the box or content, before disposing of the box and contacting us please ensure to take as many pictures as possible of the damage inside and outside the box and any damage to the contents. We would also need a picture that clearly shows the label on the damaged box as we will require these to investigate further with DPD.

By placing an order for delivery you accept that DPD delivery drivers are authorised to leave parcels in a place that they consider safe if you do not set a preferred safe place. DPD and Gregorich Butchery cannot be responsible for any loss of parcels after they have been delivered.
